Woo!!! Job!! I have one now!!!
This job sounds really great, too. I’ll be working at a publishing company, helping them put together ads, layouts, and even websites for their clients. It’ll be WAY more creative than the last place I was working at!! And the people I’ve met so far seem really laid-back and funky! Way more my speed than the corp-types!!
But, as excited as I am to actually be able to, you know, pay bills and stuff, I can’t help but be a little sad that I won’t be doing comics full time anymore… for a while, anyway. I still plan on doing webcomics full-time up the road, once I can sustain myself at it, but for now, I’m just keeping my fingers crossed that I’ll be able to keep doing Moosehead Stew 5 days a week!
I’ll letcha all know more after July 20th – that’s my official start day for the new job, so I’m still full-timing it up until then!

Congratulations! I just got invited but dumped again… :/
Alex Says:
And on the bright side, you traded up jobs in a recession. Work really takes it out of you though, but it sure beats college!
Good luck! And believe me, we’ll miss the daily comics as much as you miss drawing them:-)
Artemis Says:
Woo Hoo, good going. It sounds like a great job!
